A willingness to live honestly!
Good morning to all of Gods family, Treasure your faith in Christ more than anything else and do what you know is right. Each time you deliberately ignore Gods will you are hardening your heart. Eventually, your capacity to tell right from wrong will diminish.
Deuteronomy 28:1,15
And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: [2] And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the thy . [3] Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field. [4] Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep. [5] Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store. [6] Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out. [7] The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways. [8] The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. [9] The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways. [10] And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee. [11] And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give thee. [12] The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow. [13] And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them. [15] But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
James 1:25 KJV
But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
Deuteronomy 30:19 KJV
I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
Matthew 7:17-18 KJV
Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. [18] A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
Matthew 12:33 KJV
Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.
The “act” or appearance of being religious may be difficult to identify at first, but over time, it will be clear. Many people claim to know God, How can we determine if they really do? We will not know for certain in this life, but the way they live; and their daily behavior will give them away. Showing what they truly value, proving that they have not placed their hope in God.
1 John 2:4-6 KJV
He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. [5] But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. [6] He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
2 Timothy 3:5,7 KJV
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. [7] Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Many Believers fail to call this to mind. Most of the hindrances to obeying God are self-manufactured. Such as: rebellion, excuses, relationships, fear and worldly pressures.
Titus 1:16 KJV
They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
1. Obedience brings God’s presence and favor; disobedience leave us on our own to suffer the consequences of our actions.
2. Even one bad choice can bring long lasting consequences. Successive bad choices can bring catastrophic results.
3. Our disobedience doesn’t just affect us. There are consequences for everyone around us.
4. Sometimes, we can’t fix disobedience without a lot of pain. Sometimes we just can’t fix it at all.
If you are God’s servant, called by the Spirit, obeying His will, then you can “stay with it” until he calls you home, finish the work. You must want God to win!
Acts 24:16 KJV
And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men.
1 Timothy 1:19 KJV

Proverbs 4:20-23 KJV
My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. [21] Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. [22] For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. [23] Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
Psalm 119:11 KJV
Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
